• AppleCart provides fresh fruit delivery services directly to your doorstep or via onsite counters in select apartment complexes.
• Our services are currently limited to specific locations and are subject to availability.
• By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

2. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through our app or onsite counters.
• Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash. All payments must be made at the time of order or delivery, as applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of incorrect pricing or fraudulent activities.

3. Delivery Policy

• Orders placed during the week are delivered exclusively on Sundays. Instant deliveries, if available, may incur additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Delays or failures due to incorrect details will not be AppleCart's responsibility.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Returns or refunds are applicable only for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon approval.

5. Pricing and Availability

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure accurate pricing, errors may occur.
• Availability of fruits may vary due to seasonal and market conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AppleCart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical issues.
